Sophia admits in this episode that she had another arranged marriage to a man named Guido that she later had annulled. However, only a few episodes later, she goes to Sicily to square things off with another man named Guidio, who she did not marry and left a broken man. Not only this, but in season five, Sophia was supposedly left at the alter by Guiseppie Mangiacavello. How many marriages or attempted marriages did Sophia go through before she finally met Sal?
(After Sophia refuse to explain about Guido)
Dorothy: (to blanche) Can you believe her, after I poured my Heart and Soul to that woman!
Blanche: Oh, Dorothy you keep things hidden from her all the time.
Dorothy: (defensive) Yeah, but she doesn't know that.
Sophia: You're always sticking your nose into where it doesn't belong, Dorothy...just like that dog, Sandy, your father had!
Blanche: Dorothy, guess what I have under my robe?
Dorothy: That guy from the circus?
Rose: You know, people in St. Olaf are lucky. We all had the same family tree. You can trace each of us back to the same brother and sister.
Dorothy: Well, I think that completes the puzzle.
Blanche: (trying to fabricate a story to keep out the inspector waiting outside their door) Quick, Rose! Give me a deadly disease!
Rose: I'm sorry, Blanche, I don't have a deadly disease.
Blanche: (eyes narrowed) Well then get one.
Rose: If Blanche doesn't get that permit, I think they could make her live in a shoe.
Dorothy: What's in that box?
Sophia: Mexican jumping beans.
Sophia: Sorry, Hispanic jumping beans.
Dorothy: Rose, where did you find that box?
Rose: Well I was under my bed, playing, and there it was.
Sophia: Rabbits. Gonna raise me some rabbits as big as your head!
Rose: I am the smartest person in the world!
Dorothy: And I'm the pygmy queen.
Rose: Blanche, what would you say if I told you I got a permit that would allow you to have all the people stay here you want.
Blanche: Rose, that's great! Rose! This says I'm going to open up my house to recently released prisoners!
Dorothy: You're right Rose, you are the smartest person in the world, Burger world!
In this episode, Blanche sells a portion of the house to all of the other girls.
Dorothy distracts Sophia by shouting, "There's Rudy Vallee!" Rudy Vallee was a crooner who was popular in the 1930's.
The title of this episode alludes to the phrase "that's for me to know and for you to find out."
