Dorothy: (about Blanche) I can't stop her from seeing you but I'll be damned if I'm going to hurry her along.
Rex: Who do you think you are?
Dorothy: A Friend.
Rex: (clamps his hand down on her arm) I've had just about enough of you.
Dorothy: You're hurting me!
(Blanche and Sophia enter)
Blanche: Stop that!
Rex: Are you ready to go?
Blanche: I think you better leave.
Rex: If I walk out that door, I'm not coming back.
Blanche: That's a promise I'm going to see that you keep.
