All three begin to sit on the couch when it cuts to a shot of Blanche. But when it cuts back to Sophia, Gloria, and Dorothy, they repeat the same action of beginning to sit on the couch.

Dorothy: It's so hard to dress for a psychiatrist. If you wear black, they think you're depressed. If you wear red, they think you're angry.
Blanche: If you wear a negligee, they think you want to sleep with them.
Dorothy: Why aren't you arrested more?
