  • Trivia

  • Quotes

    • Roland: {stereotypical southern black voice} Yes, Miss Deveraux, anything you say Miss Deveraux...
      Mrs. Pinkerman: He's a good one you got there.
      Blanche: What did you say?
      Roland: {same voice} That's a good one you got there, Miss Deveraux.

    • {Blanche tries to tell Roland that the Daughters of Confederacy aren't a prejudiced group}
      Roland: Oh sure, Blanche, and I'm sure when they all put on those white sheets, they're doing a revival of Casper the Friendly Ghost.
      Rose: When do we get to see that?

    • Roland: Those bigots in bonnets aren't staying in this hotel.

  • Notes

    • Look closely in the dining room scene where Rose goes to the table and suggests what kind of wine to have. You can see a microphone briefly.

    • Isn't it interesting that Rose is outraged over the guest and his mistress? She, although inadvertently, was a mistress to Al Beatty (who died in her bed) during the first season of The Golden Girls.

    • It is odd that Blanche would want to be associated with Daughters of the South after her experience with being black-balled from the Daughters of the Confederacy on The Golden Girls for being "one-eighth yankee and Jewish."

    • This episode first aired on Lifetime on August 15, 2005.
