Show Summary

The Good Guys (UK) is a 1992 television series from the ITV network. It is an action comedy series that follows two detectives who are tired of only getting small crimes. Jack Bailey (Colin Hanks) is a cop who always follows the rules, and looks down at anyone who can't seem to follow them. His partner Dan Stark (Bradley Whitford) is an older cop who is only employed because of one good case that he solved 30 years ago. Dan is a heavy drinker and couple his drinking with Jack's inability to break the rules and the pair prove to be very dysfunctional. The pair must work together to solve the small crimes in order for them both to work on more challenging crimes that will bring them and their families stability.
