What a great episode on so many levels, and still letting us wanting for more...

On this episode we see that Will despite trying to play down what he think is a rejection from Alicia, can not stand by and see her in trouble. He has to jump in and help her.

Alicia on the other hand does not seem to realize that something is amiss in the situation. Surely by now she should have realized that he is not acting as he should. Especially as they are suppose to know each other for so long.

Leila and Blake work relationship does not seems to improve, and many thing seems to imply that Blake has a darken past. Whilst Leila wants to hide her background.

What also surprised me is that Peter is not using the black tie event to try to show off Alicia'support of him in front of Will. But then again he is supposed to be thinking mainly of himself.

Diane story line was also great, and it was fun to see her asking her past friend to not run, but then again she would I think have realized that old friend was agreing to fast to not run. Diane is too good of a lawyer to not have read this when the judge agreed to not run. I also liek to see Diane support of Alicia integrity.

There was so many good story line but the show did not feel complicated, hence the rating 10.moreless

What I like about The Good Wife is how far it goes with these trials. How often will you see a protagonist, like Kalinda, beating someone's car with a baseball bat? Or having Alicia test the line of morality and ethics on a weekly basis, and her husband Peter push that line every episode? The show is definitely one of the smarter on TV, and appeals to a higher class viewer, but sometimes the episodes do not really stand out. This one was not particularly memorable and I doubt it will even resonate too well with me by the time the next ep rolls around.moreless

This show may be the best drama on television. The writing is great as it covers Alecia front and center but also gives attention to supporting characters and plot twists as well. This show simply gets better each weekmoreless

This episode features a tense deposition involving Alecia, Will and a smarmy Cary and a possible confidentiality leak. BUt we also get scenes with Calinda, among other things, smashing a car window and dealing with her rival. And of course the scenes with the increasingly paranoid Gold. Then the twist with the State's Attorney race. And this is all in addition to the case they are working on. There is so much in plot and great acting and this episode was compelling as usual. Juliana Marguilies is terrific but she has a great supporting cast as well. Episode is topsmoreless

Cleaning House was the best episode yet, because of the Kalinda Vs. Car Windows scene. Also, Wendy Scott-Carr enters the race against Peter Florrick and Glenn Childs!

Kalinda Sharma really made this episode with the scene where she smashes in the car windows with a baseball bat while Luv Song by Jane Jensen plays. They incorporated the sound of the car alarm, and it was right in tempo. It didn't really make sense, or actually it might have made sense, but I wasn't sure whose car it was, and I know she grabbed a piece of paper that was important evidence, but could someone please explain? Kalinda has a lot of 'splaining to do. I didn't care though because it was so hot. She has really grabbed my attention. There are a lot of characters and sometimes they just get lost in the background, and their stories are put on the back burner and ignored. This episode didn't have anything happening with the kids, Zach and Grace Florrick, or Alicia's mother in law, Jackie Florrick. Eli Gold had a few good moments. Hey, he's Alan Cummings! C'mon. Speaking of back burner, not much happening with the Will and Alicia story. In fact, they were all at some gala charity event, and Will had a date. That is where the big news came out. Wendy Scott-Carr was running against Peter Florrick and Glenn Childs! Doesn't she work for Glenn Childs? Awkward. The whole ethics violation about leaking the testimony takes on a new tinge if she is behind it. She just showed up an episode ago, and already she's making waves. I really didn't care for her character, because she was such a lawyer. She was doing her job, which was not to make you like her, but to get good testimony at the deposition. I really noticed her, though. She was the voice of Tianna in The Princess and The Frog, one of the Dreamgirls with Beyonce and Jennifer Hudson, and she was even in From Justin to Kelly, my niece informs me. Anika Noni Rose is the actresses name.

In summary, the Kalinda/Blake flirtation has gotten my attention. What did she say to him? About escalating to the next level? It was like some hot MTV video, but the way it was blended with the drama, it was masterful. How did they go from drama to MTV in 5 seconds flat? This is my new favorite show. Someone said that they don't even like Julianna Margulies, don't see what all the fuss is about her. I don't agree with that, I think she is acting her blank off, and let's not forget when she took down that pompous judge, causing her estranged husband to totally have to go downtown on her in the bathroom.moreless
