Lisa Edelstein has appeared in a number of otherTV series such as The West Wing on NBC and Ally McBeal on FOX. She's been in movies too.
I think this will be good for her, going from an aging and declining show - House - to a show which, going into its third season, still has a lot of creative energy, even if she won't be a full regular on The Good Wife. Good for her and good for the show.
