The previews, for next week's episode (4/21), shows Peter getting the word (two weeks out) that he's losing the race. What do you think and why?

Personally, I find Illinois a solid blue state at the present time. If the writers follow the current election and match them then Peter should win, just as the Democratic governor did recently. Yet, we know writers create their own worlds and Universe. So, IMHO, Peter should win. I just don't know what the writers will decide and even if they'll tell us this season or get a chance to tell us -- ever.

Yes he won and by landslide so there is no doubt if the election was rigged but as to Alicia decision that's another story.

What a shock! Democrats blatantly rig the election in Chicago. Did anyone think a Republican could ever win in that city? Ask Richard Nixon.
