A strong episode of the best legal show on television here today. They brought back to the Kurt character, played well by Gary Cole, and although I was not crazy about his personal relationship with Diane, those two do play off each other well on a professional level. A very good storyline, a very interesting case, and a the show did a nice job with it.
The other main storyline featured a big name guest star in America Ferrara. I was not exactly an Ugly Betty fan, but she did a good job here as well in the role, and wish this could become a recurring part on this show.
Jerry Stiller, I am a fan of him, but this was a pointless spot with him as the judge.moreless
Diane is forced to defend Kurt when he is sued for a testimony he gave. Meanwhile Eli finds out that Wendy Scott Carr had an ilegal nanny that can provide as silver bullet for his campaign but is suprised to learn he developed feelings for Natalie ( America Ferrara ), the nanny. And Alicia is having a hard time accepting Grace new life path, named God.moreless
