Ralph helps Bill to find a russian desertor

This is an odd episode. It's watchable and it has some things fun but it has some inconsistencies. First, Ralph blows his way to get into the FBI building to take the case file from the hands of Bill's boss. He is just in front of Carlyle without any mask or something! And later in other episodes you can see Ralph visiting Bill at the FBI building, it isn't odd that Ralph would not be afraid of being recognized by Bill's boss? And later Ralph uses his students to make search team for the russian guy, it isn't dangerous for Ralph's job to take out students on class time out of the school and later leave them in the middle of the city without adult supervision? In other stuff, it was fun to see Ralph actually changing clothes in a phone booth like Superman. Also, it was cool to see Rhonda that she was still with a crush on Ralph and trying to cope her feelings with Pam.moreless
