Very well written. And it's nice to see Connie Sellecca doing something more than her usual role as 'third-string utility man', as Bill would say.
Quite interesting to note is the fact that, at the end, Bill says he got an offer from his boss, Palmer Bradshaw, to be his assistant in Washington D.C. Wanting Ralph and Pam to come along, and with the episode ending with them arguing over the matter, it leaves viewers with a sort of teaser that The Greatest American Hero might be expanding his operation, so to speak. Of course, this never does happen. Besides, Ralph's already working with the Feds through Bill - how much more can the Red, White, and Blue ask for?
