This episode was a classic reminder of the cold war mentality during the 80s. The Thai characters were definitely stereotyped communist Vietnam era, but the idea of using a trigger word for brainwashing activities was interesting. It seemed like these 2 actors could have tried a little harder to make their characters have some depth - but then again, they weren't give much to work with.

Seeing Bill get hypnotized was amusing, especially since Pam whispered the trigger word. Bill showed some true loyalty since one of his co-workers was one of the guys affected.

Overall, a decent episode - but nothing that adds to the lore.moreless
