  • Billy and Mandy sitting in a tree, KISSING. "Dumb Luck" was one of those times when Mandy shows she likes Billy and doesnt want him hurt. But, I didnt like the ending for "No Body Loves Grim".moreless

    7.5
"Dumb Luck" was better than "No Body Loves Grim" in my opinion because I felt the things that happened to Billy werent as bad.

Anyway, "Dumb Luck" had us seeing character development in Mandy. She shows concern for Billy, which she will in "Which Came First?". Anyway, I did feel awkward with Billy's bad luck and I hated the snail. He was so ugly and diabolical. Anyway, I liked Grim's puns. They are much better than those of Numbuh 2 (Codename: Kids Next Door). So overall, the episode was alright, except for the part wehn Billy was naked. I could have sworn I saw his crotch! The little circular thing could have also been a badly drawn belly button.

Ok, lets not get drawn away! "No Body Loves Grim" was a pun-intended title but maybe it was a little too cruel. I mean, I already feel sorry for the poor guy. The episode was alright with Grim's body but the ending made me not care much for this episode. So, overall, i think the episode could have done much better than it actually did.moreless
  • If you have a bad luck, it's probably because a snail is hacking into your brain.

    9.0
These episodes aren't superb, they are very averge, but the catastrophy snail made me LOL.

    Dumb Luck:

Billy has a lot of bad luck, and it's just getting worse and worse, so Grim thinks that there must be something more then a bad luck. He was right: it was a catastrophy snail. It's a snail that go into a people heads and program their brains so they have a lot of bad luck. Grim and Mandy now tries to free Billy from the snail. Episode before they found what's the reason for the bad luck wasn't really exciting, but whenever i see that snail i start laughing for some reason.

    No body likes Grim:

It was just solid with random good moments. I liked seeing Grim's body becoming a Hollywood star without any visible reason, but the rest was very random.

  • Mr. Boneyparts

    8.4
It was okay, but honestly, it could've been better, way better. Parts of No Body Loves Grim just didn't stand out that much, compared to Dumb Luck, that was lively. Billy is having bad luck, becauase of the bad luck snail, but thanks to Mr. Wet Willy, Billy's Bad Luck scenario is over. Now speaking of Mr. Wet Willy, here comes Mr. Boneyparts, Grim's body gets lost, and refuses to return.moreless

  • TRIVIA (5)

    • When Grim pulls the Bad Luck Snail out of Billy's brain he is smaller than Grim's finger but when he leaps onto Mandy's face he is big enough to be held in her hand.

    • Mandy: Prarie dogs take down more people each year than great white sharks.

Great white sharks only kill two people every year.

    • In Nobody loves Grim when Grim is used as a bowlingball he's moving backwards and going forward also the bowling lane swichted places and to add to that when Grim's head hits the pin his head is unmarked but when he's hopping his head has a bunch of marks

    • Grim's head was about Billy/Mandy's size, but when it got back onto his body, about 3 of his hands could make the length. But when he hugged Billy and Mandy, I noticed 5 of his hands could make thier length!

    • At school, Everyone was wearing uniforms exept Billy and Mandy.

  • QUOTES (6)

    • Billy: We're sorry, Grim...
      Mandy: Speak for yourself.

    • Grim: Billy seems to be having an unusual amount of bad luck today.
      Mandy: Maybe he caught something.

    • Grim: (scanning Billy) Just as I suspected. His brain is caught in a bad juju vortex, and his good luck matrix is in the red. This could only mean one thing; Catastrophe Snail!
      Billy: Catastrophe Snail?!
      Grim: Right in your noodle.
Mandy: But how did it get there.
Grim: It must have been in that restaurant when Billy spilled the salt. I told him to throw salt over his shoulder to prevent bad luck, but Billy panicked. He reached for the salt, but he grabbed the pepper. That's when the snail must have appeared on Billy's shoulder. Salt would've have fizzled that slimeball, but Billy threw pepper. And at that time, the whole place was sneezing. So that snail slipped right into Billy's ear with nobody noticing a thing. Once the Catastrophe Snail gets in your head, he plugs his shell right into brain. And once he's plugged in, mon, he'll be reprogramming your mind to have nothing but bad luck only. Dig it?
Bad Luck Snail: I love my job!
Grim: Yeah, mon. And if we don't pull him out soon... I guess it's fatal.
Billy: He's messing with my head!!! A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-H!!!

    • Billy: Awww, someone make a STINKY!!

    • Billy: Sheesh! Who clamed in his chowder? (Grim and Mandy stare at him angrily) What'd I do?
Grim: You didn't throw salt over your shoulder like I told you. So you had bad luck.
      Billy: Wow, science is great!

    • Grim: It's Billy the Boy Beehive. (laughing) I love it!
Mandy: Grim, you got to help Billy.
Grim: Tell them to buzz, Billy. They'll listen. Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha! I love to help, but it's none of my beeswax! (laughing)

  • NOTES (6)

  • ALLUSIONS (2)

    • Mandy: ...and this stupid puppy won't let go of my swimsuit.

This is a reference to a famous Coppertone suntan oil ad of a puppy pulling at the lower half of a (very startled) little girl's swimsuit (portrayed by then young actress Jodie Foster).

    • When Grim hears the music in the saloon while Billy and Mandy are looking for his head, he says the song breaks his "Achy Breaky Heart ".

This is a reference to the song of the same name which was a hit single for country music singer Billy Ray Cyrus.
