In "Tastes Like Chicken," they never mentioned how old Billy became.
When Billy finds Grim sun bathing in Tastes Like Chicken, Grim yells at him. This causes Billy's hat to pop off, showing he's surprised, but when that happens he is bald. Normally, Billy has red hair.
Billy and Mandy are in night clothes during Grim and Billy's Mom's fight, but they're in regular clothes again after the combat.
Why would Mandy be sleeping in a bed with Billy?
At the very end, when Grim is putting himself together, Mandy's flower has disappeared from her skirt.
When Grim asks for the Salt, Mandy hands him the pepper.
Irwin: (Irwin's answering machine) Hello, this is Irwin. I can't get to the phone so uh, bye.
Harold: Honey... are you okay?
Gladys: I'm never better! I just needed to relax after my skeleton episode!
Harold: Oh... There's somebody I would like you to meet. (shows her the Grim Reaper) This is Billy's new friend - George, Grimy... or something.
Grim: Those are chicken bones, you simp.
Billy: How do you know?
Grim: Trust me, I know my bones.
Billy: Mandy, whose head is in that box?
In "Grim vs. Mom," Billy's Mom gets back and wants to get a revenge on Grim for forcing her to run away from the house. She defeats Grim in the battle and crushes him into a pile of bones. In "Tastes Like Chicken," Billy thinks Mandy is eating everyone and it's his birthday. Grim and Billy find out that she wants to eat Billy for dinner and they hide in the backyard. Billy finds out that this is only a birthday party that Mandy is throwing for him and the thing she was eating was a cake. However, she did eat Irwin.
This marks the first time Grim saw Billy's Mom.
Mandy still believes that Billy's Mom has become a mental psycho.
Billy's Mom recalls the "skeleton episode" from Skeletons in the Water Closet.
Billy's Mom returns!!
This is the first episode where Mandy doesn't have lines between her teeth all the time.
The Evil Con Carne episode, Bring Me the Face of Hector Con Carne, originally aired with these episodes when the show was Grim & Evil.
The game that Billy and Mandy play at the beginning is Monopoly.
While Grim and Billy's Mom are fighting, just before the Matrix music, we hear the bionic sound from the film, The Six Million Dollar Man.
While Grim and Billy's Mom are fighting, the music that is playing is a homage to The Matrix.

That is a famous line from "For Whom The Bell Tolls" by Ernest Hemingway.
Billy's Mom: Let's kick it up a notch.
When Billy's mom says this when she picks up the spice cabinent, it could be a reference to Emeril Aggassi, whose catch-phrase is "Let's kick it up a notch."
