• This was a great start to the second season with tons of funny moments.

    9.0
    Toadblatt's School of Sorcery:

This was a hilarious spoof of Harry Potter. The squid that acted like the magic hat and assigned students to their houses was amusing, especially when it got scared of Mandy. The reference to Nigel as an egotistical Harry with an “L” scar on his forehead *LOL* was funny. Also, all the scenes with Dean Toadblatt was funny, such as when he goes into the cave, instead of the happy meadows, or just comes out of the restroom, or when Grim shows him the experiment in class. I also thought that this episode had a good ending to it, because Nigel was very annoying and got what he deserved. (10/10)

    Educating Grim:

I enjoyed this story, but not as much as the previous one, mainly because having Abe Lincoln in it was kind of senseless. Mindy was great as the psycho bad girl, and we also find out why she steals Mandy’s friends from her. I felt a little sorry for Grim towards the end of this story, but I guess he deserved it for having ditched Mandy like that. Nevertheless, it did have its moments. (9/10)

    It's Hokey Mon!:

This was a good story as well, and a nice spoof of Pokémon. Although it wasn’t as funny as the other stories, it did have some funny moments, such as when all the kids come to Grim to make their Hokey monster cards come to life, or when we see what power each monster has. (8/10).

All the stories were fun to watch, but the best one was Toadblatt’s School of Sorcery. It was a fun debut for the second season of this awesome show.moreless
  • Nigel Planter, Mindy, and HOKEYMON!

    9.8
Finally, the terrific three-part debut you've all been waiting for... Nigel Planter, the Harry Potter boy genious, or dumbo. Mindy, uh, let's skip her, she's no good. And Hokeymon!, Pokemon spelled with an H and a Y! Well, 3 pretty good episodes - Nigel Planter and Toadblatt's rivalry, Mindy tries to steal Grim, and Hokeymon comes into town!
