The Harryhausen Chronicles is a one hour documentary narrated by Leonard
Nimoy released in 1998. The documentary follows the life of film legend
Ray Harryhausen from childhood until the creation of his classic films
such as "Jason of the Argonauts" and "Clash of the Titans." Commentary
is featured from Harryhausen himself, from friends such as George Lucas,
and from stars such as Tom Hanks. There are also many film clips that
emphasize his innovative work in special effects and in the use of his
well-known, stop-motion models.
