  • A Talent-Loaded Show Spanning Several Generations!

This episode is a prime example of why Bing Crosby was one of the Series Best Hosts! The show Sparkles with Bing Crosby, Mary Costa, Sergio Franchi, and vivacious Leland Palmer! Couldn't pick out a favorite, because they were all great! If I had to pick solos, it would be Mary Costa singing "I'm in Love With Vienna" and Sergio Franchi singing the title song from movie, "The Secret of Santa Vittoria" - Stay" It is a shame that this nominated song did not win the Golden Globe for Best Song. A rare treat was the closing zinger with all four of the featured performers singin a medley of Bing Crosby's Hits! Wonderful memorable show!moreless
