  • Short stories of erotica, and a moral...

    9.0
Based on Tony Scott's horror back in the eighties, The Hunger is a series of short stories with morals, and erotica to boot. Season One was hosted by Terence Stamp, whilst Season Two became hosted by a ghost (David Bowie) whose character died in the first episode of the second season in a prison, suffering for his art. The host would introduce and close the stories with cryptic hints about the contents, varying from witchcraft, to obsession and lust, all with a hint of sex, and a whole host of cameo's from minor celebrities, help to make the Canadian version of the British "Tales of the Unexpected" stand out for the cult following it achieved, between 1997 - 2000.
