the Hulk on there gives mercy to the criminals that kill people, Hulk should mutilate all ages of criminals even the handicap criminals should be mutilated now that would make the show better. This show would be so much cooler if it had blood and Guts.

The list of handycap criminals Hulk should kill

1. Pregnant criminals
2. criminals with mental problems (That act like 5 year olds)
3. Deformed criminals
4. Blind criminals

That would be so cool to see him killing handycap criminals.

I believe it would have lost the innocence of the show if the Hulk would have killed people. David Banner was trying to prove a murder that his creature did no commit, and that is why he was on the run untill he proved it. How would he get away with anything if the Hulk was killing people?

Killing would be wrong, hurting them just seems fine. I believe that even the cartoon Hulk and comicbook hulk would not really kill a human being. It was supposed to be Banner's subconscious that prevent the Hulk from killing

Hulk could'nt have killed people or even mutilated them simply because David Banner,the human behind him,is just not a murderer,a criminal or anything of the kind.

The Hulk wasn't really a villian; he was just taken for one. It's a combination of Jeckle and Hyde with Frankenstein.

Yeah the child like hulk does not purposely endanger women and children. He is selfish and doesn't think before he acts so therefore in a mindless rage fighting someone and especially if they are in a populated area like a street he could conceivably kill someone. When he starts throwing cars at his opponents that could hurt someone.
