This was a touching episode which featured a special needs person helping his brother at a race track. While other tried to take advantage of Ricky, David Banner showed him compassion and gave him limited responsibilities to help his self esteem. When the Hulk makes his early appearance, Ricky isn't afraid of him. Instead, he helps the Hulk open a soda can and shows him how to drink the beverage. It's great to see the two interact with each other.
There are some interesting race scenes in this episode, but the heart of the story is the relationship between Ricky and his brother Buzz. The story is predictable but worth the time to watch it. I give it a "thumbs up." :)
