Before the game, the announcer called the line-up. The first two names were Alan Cassidy (who was associate producer) and Bobby Steinhauer (Robert Bennett Steinhauer – supervising producer).
Also, the game was played at "Sherman Field" – named for producer and frequent writer Jill Sherman. -
Some sources suggest that, due to a writers strike in 1981, these fifth season episodes were actually fourth season ones delayed by the strike. This does tally, as the fourth season was shorter than usual. (As a result, the series can occasionally be seen listed with four seasons).
