David is taken hostage by 3 female escaped convicts while driving truck for laundry delivery at a womens prison. One of the girls is pregnant and when the truck breaks down they all hike through the wilderness and through rockslides.
After the hulk is injured and the pregnant girl goes into labor they hide out in a cabin with the warden hot on their trail. The warden mistaking David for an accomplice is more interested in killing than capturing the prisoners. After David delivers the babies and Hulk saves the day David is on the road again. This was a rerun broadcast originally as the final episode in 1982 which it really should have been the show finale.

According to Lou Ferrigno's autobiography My Incredible Life as the Hulk, this episode was being filmed when the cancellation of the series was announced. Lou wrote that Bill Bixby was in his trailer, waiting to film a scene, when he heard on the radio that the series had been canceled.
