On the DVD release of this episode, Roy Thinnes mistakenly says that Burgess Meredith played the Joker on the Batman TV series. Burgess Meredith played the Penguin. The Joker was played by Cesar Romero.

After the winery incinerates, several tall trees can be seen in the background. These trees weren't seen before the building disappeared, even though the winery wasn't tall enough to conceal them.

The newlywed couple's car is clean before the accident, but when it comes to a stop the hood is covered in dusty soil. No dust was stirred up by the car before or during the accident, so the car should still be clean.
