Episode Recap

Jack enters, and complains that although he loves car trips, he can never find a good place to eat while traveling. He explains that he is going to go back to his usual routine: around suppertime, he stops at a house and asks if he can use their phone. If they recognize him, they always invite him to stay for supper. If he craves a certain type of food, he just reads the name on the mailbox.

Jack then introduces his guest, singer Andy Williams.
Emma and Tilly from the Jack Benny fan club come onstage and present Jack with a sweater the girls of the Fan Club knitted. They then ask Andy if he will dedicate his song "On The Street Where You Live" to them.

jack invites Andy to join him at a gala grand opening; he doesn't tell him it's for a meat market. Andy sings "Moon River" at the store.
Customers wonder why Andy would be at the opening of a meat market and Andy wishes he knew. Embarrassed, he tells a lady his name is Archibald Quailey. Jack and Andy try to perform a duet of the song "With a Song In My Heart", but are interrupted by a drawing for a turkey, which Andy wins.
