Jack crawls out of the ballroom fight on his knees, saying he'd rather portray Toulouse-Lautrec in a film.
From Don Wilson's closing credits voice-over: "Some of the questions from the audience on tonight's program were rehearsed."
In a long-running gag, Jack has been trying to get someone to record "If You Say 'I Beg Your Pardon', Then I'll Come Back to You" since 1951 on his radio series. On TV, he's tried to force it on Lawrence Welk and Dimitri Tiomkin, among others.
The episode opens with an aerial shot (and caption) of Universal City studios.
Don Wilson was not on camera this episode, only doing the announcing.
