Episode Summary

EDIT

AIRED:

Jack's guests are pianist Oscar Levant and actor Robert Morley.

Highlights:
Oscar Levant gets off some pungent cracks about a lot of people in the news (ie., President Johnson, De Gaulle, Elizabeth Taylor, Judy Garland) and can't resist taking a few funny digs at himself.
Morley lets fly some iconoclastic viewpoints. He thinks people should live to gamble and if they want to they should eat, enjoy themselves and get fat. He's anti-ballplaying on every level.
A filmed report on the Cannes Film Festival depicting the zany atmosphere of the event. The film will show performances by Gene Kelly, Mel Ferrer, Mitzi Gaynor, Brigitte Bardot, Cary Grant, Sophia Loren, Kim Novak, Elke Sommer and others.
