Show Summary

FAMILIAR FACE. BRAND NEW PLACE. With an emphasis on creative storytelling, THE JANE PAULEY SHOW will take a smart and entertaining daily look at the topics – large and small - facing women all over America. Each episode of THE JANE PAULEY SHOW will offer new information, fresh inspiration, and a chance to smile. THE JANE PAULEY SHOW will be taped before a studio audience in NBC's famed Studio 8G in New York City's Rockefeller Center. Steeped in a rich history of talk and entertainment, engaging drama and exciting debuts, Studio 8G is a fitting venue for Jane's foray into daytime talk. THE JANE PAULEY SHOW will take an in-depth look at one topic each day and welcome a range of guests to its studio. With all of her guests, Jane will seek to create an environment in which everyone is transformed during the hour. "On the show, we will do things that help others. We will have fun. We will be down-to-earth, and we will have guests that help us move forward in our lives," says Jane. "I like to tell people's stories in new and interesting ways. For example, a woman's closet can tell the story of a woman's adult life - the mistake wear, the colors or lack of color, and the things she can't throw away." Joining Jane and her Executive Producer, Michael Weisman, is an award-winning production team hailing from all areas of the television business, including news, sports and talk. Jane is involved in the creative process of the show from the inception of each show idea to its eventual air. A group of expert contributors on topics include fashion and beauty, finance, health and technology will appear regularly on THE JANE PAULEY SHOW. Venturing outside the studio, Jane's TV crew will fan out across America to bring THE JANE PAULEY SHOW to America's main streets and communities. THE JANE PAULEY SHOW is produced by NBC Studios and distributed by NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution.
