Goof: When Betty is first seen in the movie, her necklace is completely colored white.
Goof: When Wilma slams the ukulele on the table as Fred is eating breakfast, her dress is colored the same shade of blue as Betty's.
Goof: When Mr. Slate is seen outside the Water Buffalo Lodge, the last letter of "Buffalo" on the sign is spelled with the letter "u".
Goof: When Mr. Spacely is speaking to his wife on the visaphone, the sleeves of his outfit are briefly missing.
Goof: In the closeup shot where the girl from ancient Persia is embracing George, his shirt sleeves are short instead of long.
Goof: Fred's eyebrows are briefly missing, as are the spots of his outfit when he's driving Barney and their blindfolded wives to their vacation destination.
Goofs: Just before the Jetsons depart in the time machine, Elroy said he had it set to go into the future. But in most of that scene, the lever was set to the past and was only on the future setting when Astro hit it with his tail before it dropped back to the past setting. And just after they arrive in the forest outside Bedrock, the buttons of George's shirt are briefly missing.
Goof: Just after the Flintstones and Rubbles come out from behind the large rock they were hiding before meeting the Jetsons, the front part of Fred's tie is briefly colored green.
Goofs: When the families are by the time machine before departing for Bedrock, Wilma's hair is briefly the same shade of red as Jane's. Afterward, she and Betty aren't seen in the car at all. And during Barney and Fred's conversation, the black spots on the latter's outfit are missing.
Goofs: When Elroy asks his father what he can do to help Mr. Slate win the dinosaur shoe pitching contest against Turk Tarpit, he imagnines himself using his magnetic boots, which were red when he used them to climb the petrified tree to get Barney down after he got stuck. But in the thought bubble, George is wearing his regular white boots which are not magnetic. Then, during the race on hot coals, Fred's outfit is briefly colored brown in the closeup shot when his feet are over the hot rocks.
Goof: The families had arrived at the picnic without their respective pets. Yet somehow, Dino and Astro were there to ruin Mr. Slate's chances of winning the final contest to Fred and George's dismay.
Goofs: In the scene George is using the camera, he's first seen without the yellow cap he wore in Bedrock. When he's about to take the picture, the cap is on his head. But after the Flintstones and Rubbles vanish with the time machine, George's cap is missing again. Later, when Jane is making lunch for her family, she had distributed all the meat slices between the plate and the pigasaurus disposal. But when George enters to get the plate, it seems Jane's distributing those last slices again as the stack of meat was slightly lower than before.
Goof: The squaking bird for Mr. Slate's phone wishes someone would invent the bell, but the phone at the Rubbles' house was seen with one earlier in the movie.
Goofs: The knob of the Flintstones' house door is missing after a sabertooth tiger knocks it down. Then when Judy slams it to the side when she enters, it drops down not by the wall, but right back in front of the doorway the first couple of times it went down.
Goof: Betty's eyebrows are briefly missing when she and Wilma are arguing as they try to help Barney after Fred drops him from the window.
Goof: When Rosey first activates the repaired time machine to find the Jetsons, only she disappears. But both she and the machine materialize when she arrives at her first destination.
Goofs: The sign that says "Original Caveman Car" is misspelled. And how do the replica age cars fly? Then, when Mr. Spacely walks away after telling George he won't dock his pay for the time he was gone, his shirt sleeves are missing. And when Dino affectionately licks him when he gives the Flintstones their car back, his collar is colored beige instead of light blue in the closeup shot.
Goofs: When everyone is taken by surprise when the Flintstones' car begins glowing, George and Judy's eyebrows are briefly missing. Then when everyone is saying goodbye to the Flintstones and Rubbles at the end of the movie, as the camera pans out to show the group, George's left sleeve is missing and as is Astro altogether even though he can be heard saying "See you 'round, Dino!"
Jane: You're not having trouble with Rex Saturn, are you dear?
Judy: I could care less with Rex whats-his-name and his who-needs-it career. If he prefers a bunch of groupies to me, "Let him go", I say!
Di-Di: Oh yeah? That isn't what you said to me!
Jane: I thought diaries weren't supposed to be seen, or heard.
George: Do you think other families have all these problems?
Jane: Since the beginning of time. (Cue scene change to prehistoric Bedrock)
Barney: Hi, Fred. Hi, Wilma. Gee, am I late for the costume party?
Fred: No, but we're gonna be late for work.
Wilma: Fred, haven't you noticed anything? (She and Betty show off their outfits in hope their husbands will take them on vacation to Honolurock)
Fred: Yeah, those grass skirts. You back up to the stove, you could start a fire. See you later, girls. (Leaves with Barney)
Betty: You think they got our message?
Wilma: Personally, I think it came back "Nobody home".
Elroy: It works, Dad! You won't believe it, but it works!
George: Uh-huh. (Gasps) What is it?
Elroy: It's my time travel machine!
George: You're right. I don't believe it works.
Elroy: Then how do you explain this? (Opens his closet door and reveals a woman from the past)
George: I don't have to explain it, you have to explain it! A young boy like you hiding a girl in the closet!
Fred: Let's go girls! You were right, we're going home!
Barney: Last one in the car is a rotten dinosaur egg!
Wilma: We were just starting to enjoy ourselves.
Fred: Well you can enjoy yourselves a lot more alive than you can dead.
Wilma: Are you out of your mind? What are you talking about?
Fred: (Nervously) B-b-b-back there! Duh-duh-duh-duh...
Betty: Would you like to give it a try, Barney?
Barney: (Also scared) Uh, yeah, uh, uh. Duh-duh-duh-duh...
Wilma: Well Betty, we know one thing. There's duh-duh-duh-duh over there.
Fred: Yabba Dabba, friend.
George: Ooba Dooba, friend!
Betty: I wonder if they know any other words?
Wilma: I bet they understand this. (Calls out) I love your dress!
Jane: Well, thank you! You must tell me who does your hair!
Fred: Wilma, you did it!
Wilma: No big thing, Fred. I just used the universal language.
Judy: Well, I wouldn't mind staying for a while. I'd like to see what the boys look like.
Elroy: You're going to get your chance. I think I can fix it, but it's going to take a while.
Fred: No problemo! You'll come home with us, won't they Wilma?
Wilma: Of course!
Jane: But won't that interfere with your vacation?
Wilma: That was over the minute we saw where they'd taken us!
George: So this is an automobile. I read all about them in ancient history.
Elroy: They sure knew how to save fuel in the old days.
Jane: But how did they save their legs?
Judy: This way, Mom! (Sitting with her feet up on the seat)
Jane: Judy, that's cheating, but it's a great idea. (Does the same)
Fred: That's okay, Jane. We got plenty of power up here.
(After Dino and Astro cost Mr. Slate victory at the company picnic games)
Announcer: The winner and still champion, Turk Tarpit.
Tarpit: And the loser--and always the loser, Mud Puss Slate!
Fred: Sir, never mind the partnership, I'll settle for vice-president.
Slate: Flintstone, you, Rubble, and your weirdo cousin, GET OUT OF MY SIGHT FOREVER!!!
Barney: Duh, Fred, does this mean we're fired again? (Fred grumbles)
Fred: I hate to see you're thinking of leaving, George. It's gonna be kind of lonesome without you and that little expand-o-matic bag.
Barney: Yeah, it did everything, including getting us fired again.
George: Sorry I couldn't help you fellas get your jobs back, but I gotta get home and see if I can save my own.
Fred: At least the girls didn't find out.
Barney: If they knew Mr. Slate fired us for good, who knows what they would have done.
Fred: I know what they would have done.
Wilma: (Offscreen) We would have killed you! That's what we would have done!
Fred: They would have killed us. That's what they would have...Yiiiii!!!
Wilma: That's right, Fred!
Betty: I second the emotion!
Jane: Would you wait till after we've gone. I hate to see cavemen cry.
(George about to take a picture of the Flintstones and Rubbles)
Fred: Dino, get over here if you want to get in this picture!
George: That's okay, Fred. I'll be able to remember Dino without a picture! Hold it...Hold it! (The time machine activates) I-I-I said hold it, not disappear!
Elroy: Oh no! The wrong family went back to the future!
Wilma: I don't believe it! You mean we're stuck here a million years from home?
Fred: Well, you wanted a vacation Wilma, you got one! (Laughs)
Wilma: Oh, yeah! Well I've got a vacation I'd like to send you on! (Fred cowers)
(After daydreaming of fame with the Stone Age group)
Spacely: Spacely Sprockets is on the move again. We're going ahead backwards!
Store Manager: We're a small town, Mrs. Jetson. We're not used to these kinds of sales. Don't expect too much. (Opens the doors and an onrushing crowd runs them over)
Jane: Is it expecting too much to hope I get out of this alive?
(Later, after the Iggy Sandstone concert...)
Judy: I think you're a hit!
Iggy: Baby, you know it! (Suddenly gets surrounded by groupies, upsetting Judy)
Judy: Ooooh! Did I really have to go back a million years to go through this again?
(After being upstaged by Barney via Cogswell, Fred tries to throw him out the window)
Betty: Let go of my husband!
Fred: Suits me!
Barney: Yeow! (Hanging on for dear life)
Betty: Wilma's right, Fred. You would have stolen, cheated, and sabotaged Barney.
Wilma: So what? That's what he always does. What's the big deal?
Betty: Are you defending that caveman con artist?
Wilma: He's my caveman con artist! (They drop Barney)
Betty: You keep out of this!
Fred: B-but, but, but girls?!
Wilma: You heard her. Butt out!
Betty: And as far as I'm concerned, you can both butt out of our lives from now on!
Wilma: Oooh, suits me fine!
Betty: Me, too. Right, Barn? Uh, Barn?!? (She and Wilma scream) Barney?!!!
Barney: (Entering the door) Hey, do me a favor, will you? Next time you fight over me, do it a little closer to the ground.
George: Judy, sweetheart, we're ready to go.
Judy: Daddy, do we have to go? Right now?
George: If we don't, we're libel to miss our chance.
Judy: What about my chance, here?
George: Well honey, I guess we'll just have to count on your making the right decision.
Judy: It's not fair! When two people finally find each other, the last thing they want is to be separated.
Iggy: Why do we have to be? Where are you going? Can't I go with you?
Judy: It's a long way, Iggy. Maybe we'll meet again sometime. Bye. (Kisses him and leaves with the family back to the future)
(After Astro and Dino stop Sentro from escaping)
Spacely: Whoopee!!! I'm back in business!
George: Yeah, those two make a pretty good team--Finally!
Fred: Speaking of teams, you weren't too bad back there yourself, Barn. Helping me up on the rafter.
Barney: It was nothing, Fred.
Fred: Nothing?!? You saved my life!
Barney: What are friends for?
Fred: Sometimes, they're for hugging. That's what they're for! (Hugs Barney)
Wilma: Well, this old car is a touch of home Fred.
Fred: We'll see you later.
Wilma: Thanks for everything! (The car begins to glow)
Jane: What happened, George?
Elroy: It's simple, Mom. They must have absorbed some of the time machine quadro quotient.
George: It's simpler than that, Elroy. That old car just wants to go home as much as they do.
Fred: Oh, boy! Bedrock, we're on our way!
Barney: I can't wait to get home!
Fred: So long, George.
George: Bye, Fred, Barn.
Jane: So long, Wilma. Bye, Betty.
Astro: See you 'round, Dino.
All: Bye!!! (The Stone Age gang vanish back to their time)
Fred: Yabba Dabba Doo!!!
