The Mirrormorph
AIRED:
A Mercurian Mirrormorph that was supposed to be delivered to the local scientific institute winds up going to the Jetsons' residence instead and causes all sorts of trouble as it messes up Judy's date and gets George fired as it has the ability to impersonate anyone who touches it. But if the same person holds it for more than 10 seconds, it could end up multiplying out of control and overrunning Orbit City!moreless

  • Odo and Quark eight years before Deep Space Nine airs?

    7.0
Star Trek Deep Space Nine has been widely criticized by allegedly ripping off its concept from pitch JMS made to paramount to propose they produce his show Babylon 5 that was later bought by Warner. However could it be possible that Deep Space Nine's producers got some of their ideas from a much stranger place indeed? This episode of the Jetsons??

In this episode Judy's clay is switch for a gelatinous life-form capable of taking the shape of anyone that touches it. These properties are later seen in the character Odo? Coincidence? You would think so. After all shape-shifting aliens is an old staple in science fiction. But then again the name of the scientist studying the "mirrormorph" at the Science Institute is Quark, the same name as Odo's nemesis. The under-handed bar owner of the station. Still not enough to convict in a court of law but enough similarities to make one wonder don't you think?moreless
