The Jo Stafford Show is a variety show from 1961 that was filmed in the United Kingdom, but created for an international audience. The show is hosted by American singer, Jo Stafford, and showcases some of the best singers, music, dancers and comedians of the era. Each show revolves around a single theme, such as love, transportation, chivalry and the four seasons. Many well-known stars make guest appearances including Ella Fitzgerald, Rosemary Clooney, Kathleen Harrison, Peter Sellers and Claire Bloom. Various bands and dancers, such as The Polka Dots, the Westminster Abbey Choir, The George Mitchell Singers and the Lionel Blair Dancers, are also portrayed on the show.
