I'm reading through the booklet with KoQ Season 1, and in the episode "Where's Poppa" it states that Bill Cosby guest stars.  I just finished watching the episode and there is no Bill Cosby to be seen....what's the deal?

I saw that too. I'm not quite sure why they would do that because there were no guest stars with a name even close to that.

I've seen it elsewhere, too. On here it says it was part of a Crossover Monday thing on CBS. Kevin James went to Becker, Cosby played Hilton Lucas on King of Queens. I don't watch Becker so I can't verify, but there's definitely no Hilton Lucas (Bill Cosby) on King of Queens...DVD packaging AND a huge TV show website...wrong?

It's possible that he was perhaps in a five second snippet in the tag that only made sense given the theme of a CBS Crossover night, so it may have only existed at the original broadcast and since been expunged.

I looked it up and he was on Becker but it says that the scene with Hilton, Doug, and Ray was cut in syndication.

So the KoQ episodes on the DVDs aren't uncut?

It's likely just this one episode.
