In the final scene, the set shakes when Doug throws the Dayton snowglobe.
When Doug uses his cell phone to call the house, he leaves it on the table before exiting the room and heading into the garage. After spending the whole day there, he returns to the house and uses the same cell phone to get back to watching the game. However, since he spent the whole day in the garage, he'd have no way of having the cell phone to use.
During the final boarding call to St. Louis. Doug rushes over to the announcer and you can see a camera glare cover come into view on the right side of the screen.
Arthur: I've never been to Pittsburgh. Let's tour the steel mills! Let us drink from the Monongahela!
The German episode title is "Leb wohl, St. Louis!", meaning "Goodbye, St. Louis!".
