Kevin: [Talking about the courier from Hong Kong] You're just paranoid because we lost the last one.
Diane: God if we lose this one we'll never live it down, and you're going to have to resign.
Kevin: I'm going to have to resign?
Jo: [To Diane and her team] I know that you lot are upset because you think this should be your job, but who was it that let the first courier do a runner? Whose net did he slip? Hong Kong are going to see him on to the aircraft. What we need is for passport control to point him out to you, and then for you to tail him and pass him over to us.
Diane: You're calling it operation what?
Jo: Butterfingers.

Diane: [Unamused] Operation what?
Kevin: [To Diane] When I get something right it's a stroke of luck. When you get something right it's a stroke of genius.
