Kal and Tariq escape L.A. to relax and further develop their friendship. Dreading her birthday, Raquel turns to Gary and Connor to cheer her up. Meanwhile, Abby and Nick spend the day together exploring the city and getting to know each other better. Instead of enjoying his success, Connor finds himself struggling with some emotional challenges.
