  • The episode begins with a skull found in someone's trashed garden. More skeletons are found, but Dangerous is not allowed to investigate. Instead he is given what is considered to be a run-of-the-mill case, but, of course, the case is anything but.moreless

DC Dangerous Davies begins the episode by trying to reconcile two feuding neighbors. The one neighbor pulls dirty tricks on the other, but there is no way to prove it. The one neighbor's garden is trashed, and while investigating that, Dangerous discovers a skull. More skeletons are discovered, but DC Davies is called away to investigate a suspected suicide. With his usual investigative persistence Davies believes that it was not a suicide but a murder. After more investigation he finds that the murder was indeed a suicide. The man who supposedly murdered his wife from 30 years before didn't do it. The wife of the suicide was the one who did the murder. The skull in the garden turns out to be a mass grave for folks who died from the plague many, many years ago. With that, the dirty tricks neighbor is caught, because he came into contact with the ground since he was the one who trashed the garden to begin with. Dangerous continues sharing Mod's flat. This is a program that is not just black or white, cut and dried, but it has all shades of gray in it. Characters have humor and none are all socially or morally correct. This episode had more twists than usual, which made it more enjoyable. It was a good episode.moreless
