After an interview with Denis Quaid (taped on a different date), the viewers were treated with a performance by the Wiggles, a popular children's music group originating from Australia. Ferguson even donned a Wiggles shirt for the ocassion. The taping was two songs by the Wiggles, (Anthony Field, Jeff Fatt, Murray Cook, and Greg Page) so that children as young as two years old would be able to attend. The group first performed a song themselves and briefly chatted with the host in front of a group of excited children, some with signs. Ferguson even took time to talk to Henry the Octopus, Captain Feathersword, Dorothy the Dinosaur, and Wags the Dog. Following a commercial break, the group returned to perform another song joined by Ferguson.
This was definitely a very cute episode that I and my nieces and nephew enjoyed.
