Michael and Olivier being on separate teams, and Michael being on the winning side, the designations held by them remain. Michael is still the only contestant with a perfect winning ratio (4-0), and Olivier is still the only contestant to be on the losing side of all his cases (0-4). The next statistically weakest player, Chris, has won two cases. So Olivier is really in a deep hole.
Edit
Current Trial Win/Loss Ratios For Contestants:
Michael: 4-0
Aileen: 3-1
Deep: 3-1
Chris: 2-2
Olivier: 0-4
--- Final Standings For Eliminated Contestants:
Kizzy Randle broke down and admitted to making up her story after she failed her polygraph test. But it is because of Deep that she took it in the first place. He "researched" the issue and found old cases that admitted polygraph tests. But, the California Supreme Court just ruled this year that polygraph tests are not admissible in civil cases.
Edit
Jack Trimarco, the famous polygraph expert (hosted the Court TV show "Fake Out"), makes an appearance in this episode to administer Kitty Randle's polygraph test.
