This sequel to The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin, takes place after Reggie is killed by a falling billboard. Solicitor Geraldine Hackstraw is given the task of reading, and enforcing, Reggie's rather strange will, in which he has left his fortune to his wife and friends on the condition that they do something outrageously absurd.
