    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    • TRIVIA (1)

      • Goof: In the courtroom, there is a gift shop. But in reality, courtrooms don't really have gift shops inside nor do they sell pants.

    • QUOTES (4)

      • Yosemite Sam: I had a toy train when I was young
But a wheel fell off and it wouldn't run
        And OOH!
        I blew my stack!

Trio of Backup Singers: Yosemite Sam
Sam: Daddy sent me to school, but things got weird
When the kids made fun of my long, red beard
        And OOH!
        I blew my stack!

        Trio of Backup Singers: Blimmity-blam
Sam: The merchant marine kept my temper at bay
Until a dolphin looked at me the wrong way
        And OOH!
        I blew my stack!

Trio of Backup Singers: You better watch it, dolphin
        Dolphin: Aw, man.
Sam: So I worked at the library, a peaceful place
But the people kept turning their books in late
        And OOH!
        I blew my stack!

Trio of Backup Singers: Got to bring your books back in
Sam: Well, I try to stay calm, cool as ice
But somebody says something just not nice
Deep inside, I just don't feel right
I'm like a walking stick of lit dynamite
I'm about to blow, you better go
You're about to guest star on the "Blow My Stack" show
        Show, show…
Anger management classes, count to 10
But I can only get to 3, and then
        Guess what?
        I blow my stack!

Trio of Backup Singers: You didn't get to 10
Sam: Hey, quit rubbin' it in!
Trio of Backup Singers: Sorry, Sam, that's what happened
Sam: It's like you're trying to get me to blow my stack!
Trio of Backup Singers: Maybe that's the plan
        Sam: Oh, I'm a-warnin' you!
Trio of Backup Singers: He's gonna go ka-blam!
        Sam: OOOOOHH!!!
(Sam explodes like a bomb leaving his backup singers all frizzy and burnt, and then Sam gets up feeling calmer blowing out a single smoke ring)

      • Daffy: (rambling nervously to the Crusher while he glares at Daffy) You'll have to pardon my friend. The heat's getting to him. He's not used to this. He's not a hardened criminal like you. I mean, I shouldn't assume that you're a hardened criminal. But in my defense, you do have a Neanderthal-shaped head, which I normally equate with stupidity-- uh, not that you're stupid. I just mean that you look stupid. I don't mean that as an insult. I mean, some people think stupid to mean cool, like "That's a stupid car," "You've got a stupid apartment." I should stop talking. I'm just very nervous right now. I tend to ramble when I'm nervous. You know what the word "ramble" means? You're probably too stupid to know-- and here, I mean stupid-stupid, not stupid-cool!

      • Bugs: (reads from the joke book) Why is the Grand Canyon called the Grand Canyon? 'Cause he thought Gargantuan Canyon made him sound fat.
(Porky just stands around without saying a word totally unmoved by Bugs' riddle while covering his shame)
Bugs: Well, if you don't like that one, I got 1,000 more. (walks away)

      • Porky: Are w-w-we d-d-done here?
Judge: Are you not wear pants?
(Porky looks at himself for not wear pants and hides in shame)

    • NOTES (3)

      • During Yosemite Sam's music video, the Crusher, Wile E. Coyote, Sylvester, Elmer Fudd, the Shropshire Slasher, Spike the Bulldog, and the orange cat from the classic Looney Tunes short, "Bird Anonymous", made a cameo in the Anger Management scene.

      • Merrie Melodies: Blow My Stack by Yosemite Sam

      • Running Gag(s): 1) Porky is being questioned about not wearing any pants and embarassingly hides his shame.
        2) While on the lam, Bugs wants to return to prison and Daffy tries to avoid the cops.
        3) Daffy refers the Crusher as "Neanderthal-shaped head man".

    • ALLUSIONS (1)

      • During the scene in the Merry Melodies segment, "Blow My Stack", each library section displays the names of Freleng, Clampett, Avery, and Jones. This is a reference to the directors of the classic Looney Tunes; Isadore "Friz" Freleng, Robert Clampett, Fred "Tex" Avery, and Charles M. "Chuck" Jones.
