      ADD NOTES
      • The closing scene for this episode (Lucy crying amid the radio station destruction) was featured as part of the opening credit sequence beginning in Season 4.

        Edit
      • The Lucy Show was replaced for the summer (June-September of this year) by Vacation Playhouse. This series was a catch-all anthology of pilots for unsold comedy series. Edit
      • This is the last episode featuring Vivian Vance as a regular. She had settled into a happily married life in New England and had grown weary of the constant cross-country commute. Lucille Ball is said to have regretted her departure for the rest of her life. (They obviously had no long-term hard feelings at Viv makes occasional visits in the future.) Beginning next season, Lucy and Mr. Mooney are relocated to California.
