      • Harry W. Junkin wrote Long Distance for the 9/25/1948 premiere episode of the NBC radio series Radio City Playhouse. (Junkin was the host as well as Director of Production.) It was repeated 8/23/48 and later used again by Junkin on the NBC radio series The Chase airing 11/2/1952. On television, it was performed on Lights Out 8/2/1949, on Lux Video Theatre 3/12/1951 and 4/23/1953, Star Tonight 9/15/1955, and Schlitz Playhouse of Stars 7/25/1958.

      • Lila Lee, a leading lady in films during the 1920s and 1930s, marked her return from retirement with this appearance. Her last appearance had been in the 1938 movie Nation Aflame in 1937.
