  • Who would have thought that education could be this fun

This show stars Mark Steel, who informs us about a number of influential figures of our time in a lecture style. However, this is not your typical documentary programme. In fact, you can't really call this a documentary show at all: it's pure comedic brilliance. Not only does Steel reveal a great deal about the personalities that he covers, but he brings in elements of his humor into the show in such a way to make the information he gives you easier to digest. As a result, this show is cutting edge as not only can it make you laugh, but you realise that you are learning something at the same time. I honestly feel if more educational programmes were like this, we would be a land of geniuses. Excellent stuff overall.moreless
