    Remember what happened last time:

    * Mindy looks better in a short haircut type, which is correct.

    About this show:

    * We understand that show got renewed for its second season with 24 episodes total.

    * It is supposed to be all young adult characters, who are supposed to be smart, educated and talented, and this show should attract all young adult fans. But there was a bad situation on the change in the middle of the previous season.

    * The young adult fans did not like the Beverly character, because she is too cranky and corny. But when they made her permanent by replacing these two young women characters (Gwen and Shauna), the young adult fans could not stop arguing. Even the young TV critics did not like that idea of having that Beverly character as permanent, especially replacing both young women characters.

    Here's the problem:

    * There were strict old TV critics involved in watching this show for some reasons:

    1) Both Gwen and Shauna characters caused the imbalance attracting too many 13-year-old to 19-year-old fans in one blow.

    2) They are more strongly supportive on that Beverly character.

    * Now we have just learned that we are forbidden to disobey the strict old TV critics and forbidden to get rid of that Beverly character this time.

    I know it is hard, but I know these are the only six permanent characters of this show left:

    * Mindy, Betsy, Jeremy, Danny, Beverly and Morgan

    The only way to solve this problem is they need to add two more characters to make it eight:

    1) I know there is a young woman character, in a Mindy and Betsy type, that will enter.

    2) I think there should be a cranky old man doctor, so Beverly does not get isolated nor desolated and we will have a equal peaceful agreement with both old cranky people and obey the strict old TV critics.

    So as a result, these will be the only eight permanent cast members for this show's second season:

    * 3 young women

    * 3 young men

    * 2 cranky old people

    Nothing else more.

    So far, the show is having problems this season with the supporting cast members.

    1.) We all know that Peter Prentice, who was the eighth member added, is acting too erratic, but it has been revealed that he had too extreme lame negative past lives and we are getting a little bit along with him so far.

    2.) We all know that Tamara is a little bit offshoot, but we are also getting more interaction on her, besides the actress who played her is gaining more equal popularity at the same time as Mindy.

    3.) Beverly is very hard to get along because young adult fans find her too self-destructive on all young adult characters in this show, but unfortunately, the strict old TV critics and old adult fans, watching this show, were more strongly supportive on her. At least she was absent in three episodes of this show, which should give all the young adult fans some more good breathings, but her absences caused the ratings of the show went downhill. We cannot let her be more absent in this episode or this show will meet its doom automatically.

    4.) Betsy is a hot looking young woman in this show, but we may need a little bit more interaction on her as strong as possible.

    5.) They are trying to focus more on Mindy meeting other important men, but not only that, they are broadening too much independencies on everyone in this show at the same time, which might cause too much chaos and imbalances.

    How can we make this show's ratings increase in a safer way?

    1.) We know that this February 2014 should be the medium-sized winter break for all FOX shows and this might give some more room and air to breathe about trying to solve the problem immediately.

    2.) After that winter break, we may need to find two more characters to join this show's main cast to make it a total of ten.

    3.) One of the two characters has to be a young woman nurse (in a Mindy, Betsy, Tamara type) who also acts like Peter.

    4.) The other of the two characters has to be a cranky old man doctor who can help give Beverly some more relief at her own company level. Two cranky old people characters will increase this show's ratings more strongly and the young adults can make an equal peaceful agreement with the cranky old people properly!

    I know this show got an order of 24 episodes this season, but whatever I said above, we still have to hurry up and solve this show's problems before May 2014 approaches!

    Right now, it has been revealed that this show wasn't strong enough to support with FOX network's current recessional problem: "Super Bowl 48 in New York".

    But we still have to find two more characters to get added into the main cast to make it a total of ten in order to survive, but not more than that:

    1.) A erratic young woman nurse to help Peter relax some more.

    2.) A cranky old man doctor to keep Beverly company are her company level.

    We better hurry up before it gets too late!

    They took a long hiatus because of Super Bowl, Olympics and March Madness. This show is under pressure, since it will return on April 1, 2014, so we have to continue multiply the effort making the show much stronger.

    We are still looking forward to add these two more characters to make it ten in the main cast right away, so the show will be more balanced and more focused on everything:

    * An erratic young woman nurse, so Peter can relax, Betsy can be more interactive and saved and Tamara can become more balanced.

    * A cranky old man doctor, so Beverly can feel more relieved, both will become less cranky at one step at the time along the way and all young adult characters can show correct respect on both cranky old people right away.

    We're running out of time, people, let's hurry up!
