
































A vocational test shows that Jerry should pursue a career in acting. To make sure he has a good audition for the school play, everyone co-stars with him in a 1920s musical written by Roger.

A silly question starts a fight that results in the guys in one house and the gals in the other. The men committed the crime of saying they'd take movie star Elizabeth Taylor on a date. To get their spouses to come back, the women pretend to have taken poison and the men stage a fistfight.

To get the meddlesome mothers out of the kids' hair, Roger and Herb suggest they get part-time jobs. The gals instead decide to answer the call of show business. They audition for a review and get themselves hired as a country music act.

While the kids are on their honeymoon, their mothers check out the couple's new apartment, decide it's a dump, and get the deposit money back. Without consulting the couple, the ladies decide the lovebirds should move into the apartment over the Hubbards' garage. The women vow not to interfere in their kids' lives, but everyone knows better.
