Since they've already made Adams family movies, does anybody know if they're planning on making a movie about the Munsters?

They were going to this year, but I think it got bagged. There have been four movies in the past: Munster, Go Home!, which aired in theaters just as the series ended (and was just like an extended episode of the show except it was in color and had a different Marilyn); The Munsters' Revenge, a 1981 TV reunion movie with Yvonne DeCarlo, Fred Gwynne and Al Lewis; Here Come the Munsters, a 1995 TV movie; and The Munsters' Scary Little Christmas, a 1996 TV movie. All four movies are on the guide and the first two are on DVD (the "Two Movie Fright Fest" DVD).

Yes, it was the Wayans Brothers movie that seems to have been bagged. A search for The Munsters on IMDb used to bring up two exact matches--one for 1964 and one for 2007. The 2007 listing is now gone, which makes me believe it's been bagged. And it's probably just as well, since they'd probably make it an inappropriate movie, which is not what The Munsters is.

None of the made-for-TV movies were very good so a big screen version seems doubtful
