      • During the "At the Dance" Sketch"
Janice: That man is annoying me!
Zoot: He ain't even looking at you!
        Janice: That's what's annoying me.

      • Hilda:(Describing Charles Aznavour's meal) ...And french bread!
Charles: Hilda, this is not a french bread!
Bread: Oh, voyons, cherie! Mais j'ai l'accent Français! (Translation: Oh, look, honey, but I have the French accent!)
Charles: Of course I could be wrong.

    • NOTES (5)

      • The "Panel" sketch in this episode is the only one this season without the guest star.

      • "Does Your Chewing Gum Lose It's Flavor on the Bedpost Overnight" is the UK spot in this episode. It was written by Marty Bloom, Ernest Breur, and Billy Rose.

      • This episode was taped from 6/29/1976-7/1/1976.

      • When this episode was released on dvd in the Season One box set, the song "Old Fashioned Way,' sung by Charles Aznavour and Mildred, was cut due to issues with the song's rights.

      • Fozzie's joke: I don't approve of belly dancers. Why can't they dance on the floor like everyone else?

Gonzo's gong: Gonzo hits the "O" and it makes a Big Ben sound.

    • ALLUSIONS (2)

      • "Inchworm" was written by Frank Loesser. It was used in the film "Hans Christian Andersen." It will be sung again in season 3 by Danny Kaye. This was another of Jim Henson's favorite songs.

      • "I Feel Pretty," "Maria, I Just Met a girl Named Maria," and "Tonight, Tonight" are from the classic Leonard Bernstein-Stephen Sondheim musical West Side Story.
