12/17/08On Christmas Eve the Muppets mistakenly avert three letters from making their way to Santa Claus in the North Pole--leaving three Christmas wishes at stake. Kermit rounds up his fearless friends to get to the North Pole before Santa makes his rounds on Christmas Eve and as usual, nothing -- not even Miss Piggy's planned trip to the tropics -- can stand between the Muppets and a joyful Christmas. In typical Muppets fashion, chaos and humor ensue as they try to find a way to the North Pole, but will they make it in time?moreless
11/29/02In the midst of working on a big Christmas show, the Muppets are gladly told by new bank owner Rachel Bitterman that they are running out of time to pay the theater mortgage. Wanting the theater property for herself, she goes as far as to manipulate Pepe and secretly change the contract deadline. Kermit rallies the Muppets into saving their theater and with their show a smashing success, everything seems like it's going to work out. Unfortunately, Fozzie experiences mishaps while he attempts to deposit the money missing the deadline. Kermit blames himself for everything going wrong and hopelessly heads off into the cold. A well-meaning angel named Daniel intervenes ending up showing him how bad the world would be without him. It is not a pretty sight, but will it be enough to convince Kermit to not give up hope?moreless- 5/20/05Dorothy Gale (played here by Ashanti) wants desperately to get out of Kansas and become a famous pop singer. But before she can do anything about it, she and her pet prawn Pepe (Bill Barretta) get whisked away to the Land of Oz, where she must find the Wizard (Jeffrey Tambor) in order to get home.
Along the way, she makes friends with the Scarecrow (Kermit, played by Steve Whitmire), the Cowardly Lion (Fozzie Bear, played by Eric Jacobson), and the Tin Thing (Gonzo, played by Dave Goelz).
She must also try to avoid falling into the clutches of the Wicked Witches (all played by Miss Piggy, aka Eric Jacobson).moreless 
5/20/81The Muppets spoof such classic films as "The Wizard of Oz," "Frankenstein," and "Casablanca," among many others, with the help of guest stars Lily Tomlin and Dudley Moore. Also included in this hour-long special are clips promoting the (then soon-to-be released) film "The Great Muppet Caper."
Denver comes together with his Muppet friends to celebrate the holidays. Highlights include a humorous reindition of "The Twelve Days of Christmas," and a surprisingly realistic puppet reindition of the Nativity, as Denver and the Muppets sing "Silent Night."
10/28/94Gonzo and Rizzo host this Muppetized retelling of several classic fairy tales, including "The Three Little Pigs" starring Miss Piggy, and "The Elves and the Shoemaker" featuring Kermit and Robin.
