In the midst of working on a big Christmas show, the Muppets are gladly told by new bank owner Rachel Bitterman that they are running out of time to pay the theater mortgage. Wanting the theater property for herself, she goes as far as to manipulate Pepe and secretly change the contract deadline. Kermit rallies the Muppets into saving their theater and with their show a smashing success, everything seems like it's going to work out. Unfortunately, Fozzie experiences mishaps while he attempts to deposit the money missing the deadline. Kermit blames himself for everything going wrong and hopelessly heads off into the cold. A well-meaning angel named Daniel intervenes ending up showing him how bad the world would be without him. It is not a pretty sight, but will it be enough to convince Kermit to not give up hope?moreless

      • When Kermit was explaining the dilemma to the others in the theater, Sam Eagle had a full head of hair(or feathers)from taking a medication, but by the end of the film, which takes place, at the most, one day later, his head is once again bald.

      ADD ALLUSIONS
      • .: .
When Fozzie goes to give moliun the money he falls into a bucket of green paint (insidently his hair turns very 'grinch like' aswell) and then a the townspeople (again from 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas') come and chase him saying 'will teach you for stealing Christmas'

      • .: Do or do not, there is no try
In the unverise that Kermit and Daniel go to by mistake they sees the back of a very Yoda - looking puppet saying 'do or do not, there is no try' which is somthing Yoda says in The Empire Strikes Back.

      • .: The chain of resturarunts that made fog legs
In the Universe were Kermit hadn't been born, there was as stall selling frog's legs, this is a referance to the first Muppet movie where Kermit stops the villian from making a chain of resteraunts selling frogs legs (although here it wasn't a resturant it was a 'on the spot take-away).
