  • This is one of my favorite episodes of the 1st season.

This is my favorite episode because it is onne of the only times my favorite muppet, (If you havn't figured it out yet, its Floyd), gets a real speaking part, aside from the pilot episode. We find out more about his personality, such as even him not understanding his music, and can infer that Floyd has alot of influence to Animal (Floyd getting Animal to change his mind about the theme song when Kermit asks).

The episode was very nicely done, and really, the "new theme", Fugue For Frog, doesnt really sound ALL that bad, or maybe its just me.

One Note Samba was the best of the music numbers. Especially with Kaye and Piggy trying to prove they are better than each other. Hehe, I love Animals expression when Kaye brings out the tuba.

All-in-All, this is a great episode and will most likely continue being my favorite of the first season.moreless

Miss Piggy: Did you hear the one about the very flat bear?
Kaye Ballard: (to Animal) Now I am a visitor on this show. You need to discuss your problem further with Kermit.
      Animal: Discuss!!(beats up Kermit)

    • Floyd: Me and the gang have decided not to end our gig here... if I can write the new theme song.
Kermit: Oh, that'll be fine with me.
      Floyd: No, it won't, man.
      Kermit: Why not?
Floyd: You'll hate my music. You won't understand it... Nobody understands my music. I mean, I don't even understand it... If I didn't know I was a genius, I wouldn't listen to the trash I write.
