  • Trivia

    • It may be that this episode was devised as a warning to the fiery-tempered Tony Franciosa, whose outbursts were causing great difficulty in the production of this series. The introduction of a new reporter-character, played by Darren McGavin, may have been intended to show Franciosa that he was not irreplaceable. However, it was not until the third season that Franciosa was actually fired from the show.
